Eta & Iota Fundraising

In November 2020, hurricanes Eta and Iota hit Honduras displacing thousands, and affecting over 2.5 million throughout the country. In some areas in the north, the waters rose to the rooftops, and crops that could have survived Eta were completely wiped out by Iota two weeks later. Six families of Proyecto Uremu lost everything, and two of them suffered structural damage. Throughout the month, I helped Uremu raise over $4,000 for the affected families and their community. After each storm, I created easy to share social media posts, and Instagram stories detailing the physical and financial needs.
